Hey Loqal

Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of Hey Loqal, run by Very Good Post LLC in Wakefield, Rhode Island. By using the site or the app you agree to them. Questions: jtsalisbury@gmail.com.

The free report

The Visibility Report is a free estimate based on public information available at the time you run it. It isn’t a guarantee of search rankings or results. Results from Google, Instagram and AI assistants change often.

The pilot app

  • The app is in an early pilot and is provided “as is”. Features may change or stop.
  • You’re responsible for the photos and notes you upload and for approving each post. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and don’t post anything false, unlawful or that identifies clients without permission.
  • Posts go to your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page and Instagram under your own accounts, and must also follow those platforms’ rules.
  • You can disconnect your accounts or stop using the app at any time.

Text messaging

  • Program: Hey Loqal texting. You text job photos and a short note to the Hey Loqal number; we text back a draft post and, when you reply YES, confirm it’s been posted or tell you what went wrong.
  • Signing up: you add your mobile number in Settings and tick the consent box. We then text you once to confirm. Texting is optional and isn’t required to use Hey Loqal.
  • How often: message frequency varies. We only text you in reply to jobs you send, usually 2 to 4 texts per job.
  • Cost: Hey Loqal doesn’t charge for texts. Msg & data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
  • Stopping: reply STOP to stop all texts. We’ll send one text confirming you’re unsubscribed. Reply START or turn texting back on in Settings to start again.
  • Help: reply HELP, or email jtsalisbury@gmail.com.
  • Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number and texts.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost business, missed posts or indirect damages from using the site or app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0).
