Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you or your business at any time.
How to ask
Email jtsalisbury@gmail.com with the subject “Hey Loqal data deletion request” from the email address you used, and include your business name. We’ll confirm by email within 30 days once it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Free report requests: your email, business details and the saved report
- For pilot businesses: your account, uploaded photos, notes and captions, and the stored access tokens for Google, Facebook and Instagram
Posts already published to your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page or Instagram stay on those platforms; you can delete them there.
Facebook and Instagram
You can also remove Hey Loqal’s access yourself: on Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, choose Hey Loqal and select Remove. Then email us as above and we’ll delete what we stored.
